The Storm is Anthem’s answer to the glass-cannon archetype that we see in most party-based RPG games. This is the Javelin for those who want to stay high above the battlefield, raining down death on their foes below them.
It can be quite a tricky Javelin to play, however, and there are a good number of skills to choose from that don’t always synergise in the best ways.
Today, I’m going to walk you through how to combo and what skills to utilise to get the most out of the Storm on your journey to end-game.
Anthem’s endgame is a bit disappointing.

There are going to be no less than three separate Dark Zones in the Division 2. Each will have their own theme and combat environment, and each will provide a substantial challenge for both new and old Division players. Today, we’ll be taking a look at exactly what you can expect to find in the zones as well as the new changes that should shake up the zones and make things even more intense, but hopefully less frustrating.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice presents an entirely new direction for FromSoftware. Fans of Dark Souls and Bloodborne will immediately feel at home with the gameplay style of Sekiro, but it also comes with its fair share of new and interesting features. No longer, for example, will players be able to change the ‘fashion’ of their character. In fact, players will no longer be able to create or design a character at all.
Instead we will play exclusively as the Wolf, a Shinobi warrior sworn to protect a young prince. The story details are still shrouded in FromSoft’s trademarked mystery, but details about character progression and development are coming to light. Today, we’re going to be taking a look at what we know so far about it, and how you can expect to change and evolve as you play through Shadows Die Twice.
In the Division 2, the story will be moving from snowy New York City to a blasted, post-disaster Washington D.C. It’s the home of American politics and arguably one of the most important cities in all of the USA, and that’s where you’re taking the fight. You, and all other Division agents have been called to save the city from falling to the enemy. Today, we’ll be taking a look at the story of the Division 2 and what you can expect when the game launches March 15th.
Sekiro’s hub area, called the Dilapidated Temple, will be instantly familiar to fans of From Software’s previous titles. Areas like the Firelink Shrine and Hunter’s Dream are synonymous with Miyazaki’s distinctive influence. These areas provide a safe place for the player to upgrade and improve their character, and the same goes for the Dilapidated Temple in Sekiro. Today, we’re going to take a look at exactly what you can expect to find there.
The world of Anthem is a dangerous place, fraught with massive alien creatures, cataclysmic storms and piratical enemies. Only the strongest survive out there. Fortunately, you’ve got access to the Colossus; the biggest and the toughest of all the Javelin exosuits. Today we’re going to be taking a look at exactly what the Colossus can do, its abilities and how you can use it to utterly dominate the battlefield.
The first Division game had rocky beginnings, but grew into a truly incredible gaming experience with a great combination of RPG and Shooter elements. It wasn’t without its flaws, however, so with the Division 2 coming in March, we’re going to be taking a look at exactly what’s changed. There are a whole host of gameplay improvements and some really good news about additional DLC content and end-game play.
In Anthem, each Javelin exosuit is a tailor made weapon at your fingertips. These powerful suits will grant you superheroic abilities, with the weapons and propulsion to take you far out into the wild beyond Fort Tarsis. The Ranger is the first of those suits, with a ‘Swiss-army-knife’ style. Today, we’re going to be taking a look at exactly what you can expect from your first Javelin, so strap in and get ready to lift off.
Hey everybody, today we’re going to be walking you through a quick guide on how all of the pre-order bonuses work for Anthem and where you can access which benefits. There’s also a disclaimer at the end about whether or not you should pre-order, and this guide aims to be as clear as possible that pre-ordering Anthem isn’t necessary, but does offer some really cool perks. Let’s get into the different options.
Hey there everybody, today I’m going to be talking you through what we know about the stunning background lore for Anthem, all the factions we know about so far and the core conflict that you can look forward to changes the tides of when the game releases in February next year.

Reaper is a flanker who excels at isolating and destroying priority targets, and being a real headache for the enemy team. As of the new patch his new, higher lifesteal can make him surprisingly tanky and, while most consider him extremely one dimensional, there are actually a lot of really interesting interactions in his kit that enable a good Reaper player to make some great plays during fights. Torbjorn was updated recently to reduce his ‘feast or famine’ nature, and move him from his static defence role into something with a bit more meat in his kit. To make him more flexible in a variety of situations, the scrap system is now gone, his turret is easier to deploy and more versatile, and his armour pack has been replaced by Overload: a powerful new steroid that amps up Torb’s damage similar to the old iteration of Molten Core. Finally, the new Molten Core provides an extremely strong area denial ability and makes Torbjorn incredibly powerful as an anti-stall hero to unstick stalemate defences. Today we’ll be looking at his new kit and evaluating Torbjorn’s strengths and weaknesses in the current meta.
So without further ado, I’m Jake ‘FaultyOptics’ Logan, and welcome to this guide from Gaming Instincts, for Torbjorn 2.0.
