Diablo Immortal Drama, Blizzcon Thoughts and XO 18 – The Primal Podcast #14

Join us on The Primal Podcast #14 where we discuss our thoughts on Diablo Immortal, Blizzcon surprises such as Warcraft 3 Reforged Blizzcon just finished and with it came many announcements, negativity, happiness and all sorts of things. However, at the end of the day many Blizzard fans have spoken very loudly and clearly that they’re not happy with what’s happening with the Diablo franchise. Meanwhile, fans of the RTS genre were rejoiced to hear and see the announcement of Warcraft III: Reforged which is basically a half remake half remaster of one of the best RTS games in the history of gaming.

Nintendo has finally revealed and debunked all the leaks and rumors of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate final fighters roster earlier this Thursday. They have also confirmed “World of Light” which is the main story mode along with their future DLC plans for future fighters and monetization model onand how things will be going forward for the game in 2019 on November 1st in the final Smash direct. We discuss what are our final thoughts are on the finalzied roster and what kind of hopes we have left for the future of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate DLC characters.

Next week is also going to be pretty intense for the Xbox fans as we’re getting closer and closer to the Xbox Mexico City event on November 10th, 2018. What reveals will we get at XO 18? Will we hear or see anything about the next xbox system? Any big new IP reveals from the recently purchased studios such as Playgrounds or Ninja Theory? Will Microsoft announce even more studio acquistions that they can add to their 1st party collection and will they discuss Project xCloud in greater detail as well?
