Detroit: Become Human Launches Today For PC

Futuristic thriller Detroit: Become Human launched today for PC via the Epic Games Store.

The latest and most ambitious video game production from Quantic Dream, Detroit: Become Human is set in a near and not-implausible future. Through its narrative, it immerses players into a world at the abyssal brink of chaos, in an era where technology and artificial intelligence have evolved to the point where human-like androids are ubiquitous.

Through three distinct androids—Kara, Connor, and Markus—players will exist within a complex, vivid storyline and face countless moral dilemmas that not only determine the android’s fates, but could shape the future of humanity itself. Each decision the player makes affects the outcome of the story, and no playthrough will echo a previous one, offering near-infinite replayability.

The PC version of the game is the most complete Detroit: Become Human experience since the game’s inception. It features a new engine capable of delivering spectacular 4K, 60 FPS graphical output, along with a redesigned interface and full integration of both mouse/keyboard and gamepad controls.

The game continues Quantic Dream’s commitment to working with world-renowned talent, with A-list performances from Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy), Clancy Brown (Carnivale), Lance Henriksen (Aliens), and Valorie Curry (Twilight). In addition, an original soundtrack composed by Nima Fakhrara, Philip Sheppard, and John Paesano adds ambiance, drama, and depth to the whole package.

Detroit: Become Human is available to purchase now via the Epic Games Store for £29.99 (USD $39.24). A free demo is also available that features the first full mission of the game for players who aren’t sure yet if they wish to purchase the title.
