Yoku’s Island Express Gets New Trailer Showcasing Quirky Abilities

Award-winning international games label Team17 and independent developer Villa Gorilla have today released a new tilt-alising trailer for its forthcoming charming pinball platform game Yoku’s Island Express.

Check out the gameplay trailer of Yoku’s Island Express, featuring some gameplay footage:

“The trailer showcases some of the abilities that newly appointed postmaster, Yoku the dung beetle, will discover as he flips and bumps around Mokumana island using a unique blend of pinball mechanics in his noble quest to save the island… and deliver the mail!

There are many quirky hidden abilities and collectibles to discover including:

  • The Noisemaker, a party whistle that acts as Yoku’s postal horn
  • The Slug Vacuum, capable of sucking up the pesky slugs that litter the island and utilising their explosive power to clear stubborn rocks and reveal new routes to explore
  • Take the plunge with the Dive Fish, which will allow Yoku to dive the depths of the island
  • & more!

Yoku’s Island Express is flipping on to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch™ and PC in Q2 2018.
