The Last of Us Part 2 Is “Coming Soon” According to PS Pages

Along with Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us Part 2 is the other exclusive hit of Sony that hasn’t received any release window yet, and it’s still remained unknown whether we will get to play the game during this generation or it will launch along with PS5. However, some unofficial news that are teasing by Sony, point to a release date in near future for Naughty Dog’s upcoming title.

According to PlayStation websites in France, Italy, Germany, UK and Netherlands, The Last of Us Part 2 has been listed along with games like Days Gone and Mortal Kombat 11 in “Coming Soon” category. If you take a look at the games within category, all of them either have an exact release date or at least a determined period to launch during this year. Regarding this unwritten rule of the category, it’s expected to meet Ellie within this year and also to wait for unveiling the release date sooner rather than later.

The Last of Us Part 2 is a direct sequel for previous game that will follow the story of Ellie through her dangerous journey to survive and probably find Joel, who seems to be alive. The game announced officially at PSX 2016 and has received 3 trailers so far, with the last one showcasing gameplay of the game.
