Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin “Wanderer of the Rift” DLC Launches October 26

Square Enix and Team NINJA have announced that the upcoming “Wanderer of the Rift” DLC for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will launch on October 26. Those who purchased the game’s Season Pass will receive “Wanderer of the Rift” for free as well as the already released “Trials of the Dragon King” DLC and the “Different Future” missions. A teaser trailer the upcoming DLC was also released. Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store.

The DLC’s details via Square Enix:

Fight your way through the Labyrinth of Dimensions, a dungeon that randomly configures your path to unlock pieces of the story. “Wanderer of the Rift” will introduce a new job, Blue Mage, and special monsters you can fight and summon into battle with the use of a Summoning Stone.

In addition to new equipment that unlocks new abilities, a new class of enemies called “Chaotic Monsters” will be added to give the player a more diverse and challenging experience.

In this hard-core action RPG, Jack must hazard numerous challenges to bring the light of the crystals back to Cornelia, a kingdom conquered by darkness.

Fight your way through fierce battles with a variety of means to defeat your enemies. With multiple difficulty options and a wide selection of jobs and weapons available to customize your party, you can choose exactly how you want to play.

Will restoring the crystals’ light usher in peace or a new form of darkness?… Or perhaps something else entirely?
