During an interview with Spanish publication Vandal, producer Masaaki Yamagiwa stated that the upcoming action-RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will have a similar narrative and gameplay structure to Nioh, the developer’s other major title, with levels being segmented into linear sections. Additionally, Yamagiwa stated that the players will also have secret sections to explore, the ability to jump, and a total playtime of 40 hours. The publisher also recently announced that the worldwide gameplay debut of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty at Tokyo Game Show 2022, will begin on September 15 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The game will launch in early 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.
