We’re edging closer to the release of the reboot of SNK’s Samurai Shodown series with the game set to hit the PS4 and Xbox One later this month. We’ve already seen quite a few fighters shown off for the upcoming weapons fighter title, and we get a look at the character Galford.

Glaford is the all-American ninja who seeks out justice and comes with his canine partner, Poppy. We’ve witnessed a slew of other characters form the roster introduced over the course of the last few months, including Shiki, Ukyo Tachibana, Tam Tam and newcomer Yashamaru Kurama.
Samurai Shodown is set to release on the PS4 and Xbox One first on June 25, 2019 with a PC and Switch version set for a Q4 2019 release. We’ll also see SNK release a NeoGeo collection including six iconic Samurai Shodown classic titles releasing for the above platforms this coming fall.
