Rumor: Shadow of the Tomb Raider logos and key artworks leaked

Takeoff Creative, a marketing company who have worked with Square Enix in the past, posted what is believed to be key artwork and logos for the next installment in the Tomb Raider series Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

While the images have been removed, it didn’t stop those over at NeoGAF to archive the images. There is one in the top-right corner that appears to be reused the Rise of the Tomb Raider which has led some to believe these are fake.

Last time we saw Lara Croft in action, was in 2015`s Rise Of The Tomb Raider. We didn`t see Lara Croft at this year`s E3 which was quite disappointing for most of the fans. But we might be hearing about the new game sooner or later from Square Enix. We may hear more about Shadow Of The Tomb Raider later this year at the Games Award which is due December.

Check out the Image:

A few interesting details can be gleaned from the art. Namely, that Lara seems to have a few new weapons this time around; a machete, spear and sword. A few of the panels also seem to show Egyptian heiroglyphics, which may point to the game’s setting. Of course, none of this should be taken as gospel as to what will be in the final game, but I for one am definitely interested in the idea of exploring some pyramids Tomb Raider style.
