The critically acclaimed retro-inspired JRPG that landed on the Switch last year, Octopath Traveler, is now up for pre-order for its upcoming launch on PC via Steam. The Square Enix title takes players through a vibrant world in an adventure of eight travelers utilizing the unique HD-2D art style.
The game released in July 2018 exclusively for the Switch but will see increased sales numbers once it hits Steam next month. The art style is only part of the game’s attraction, as the game’s deep turn-based combat mechanics shines as one of the best battle systems in a JRPG in recent years.
Future players can get their hands on Octopath Traveler once it hits PC on June 7, 2019. Pre-orders are now live on Steam with pre-purchasing players receiving additional bonus wallpapers from the game.
