Ghost of Tsushima is the Fastest Selling PS4 Game

Sucker’s Punch’ Ghost of Tsushima has become the fastest’ selling game for the PS4, the game has managed to sell over 2.4 million copies worldwide in its first three days of sale. Is uncertain who had been the top-selling game before Ghost of Tsushima, is very likely that the 2017’s Horizon: Zero Dawn was that game, as it managed to ship over 2.6 in the first week.

Ghost of Tsushima was the best-selling physical game in its debut week of release in the United Kingdom. In Japan, the game was also the best-selling game during its debut week, with 212,915 copies being sold.

PS4 has seen very strong releases from its first-party developers, games like God of War, Spider-Man, and Final Fantasy VII Remake has done amazingly well. The Last of Us Part II was a title that was hoped to be the best selling game for the platform but it was definitely slowed down due to malicious leaks weeks before its launch.

Inspired in Samurai movies, players need to be very precise and quick in order to defeat opponents. Just like in the movies, the one who takes the first move is the one who takes the greater risk.

Ghost of Tsushima takes players on a journey in the late 13th century, the Mongol empire is terrorizing nations in their campaign to conquer the East. Tsushima Island is all that stands between mainland Japan and a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by the ruthless and cunning general, Khotun Khan. Taking the role of Jin Sakai, an extraordinary samurai warrior, players will have to face the evil empire, protect the inhabitants of Tsushima and reclaim the land that has been lost.

Shimura trained Jin since childhood in the traditional ways of the samurai, but Jin slowly starts questioning his master’s ways. Shimura aware of this tries to help Jin but cannot keep him from becoming The Ghost. Khan seems to know a lot about samurais and their code of conduct, he is as brutal and ferocious.
