Character Reset Option Arriving in Red Dead Online Soon

Rockstar Games has been adding new features and things to do in Red Dead Online since the beta period opened up back in November. Since then, Rockstar Games has not only taken the online mode out of the beta period, but continued to support the mode with new mini games, customization items, weapons and tons more. However, one recently major feature fans have been wishing for has been left in the dust – but not for long.

An announcement from Rockstar has revealed that Red Dead Online players will finally have the option of changing the appearance of their online character via the character reset feature. It’s not uncommon for players to grow weary of the way their online avatar looks, especially after spending countless hours with the same character created at the very beginning of the online experience.

Rockstar has noted that the new reset feature will only pertain to the appearance of the character, allowing players to keep the progression they’ve made throughout the course of the game. As of now, there’s no official release date for the new feature, but Rockstar hint that we should be seeing the ability to reset your character’s appearance soon.

Red Dead Online is apart of Red Dead Redemption II and is available for the PS4 and Xbox One.
