Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Releasing On Switch, Adds Two-Player Co-op

It was just revealed by publisher 505 Games that the 2013 hit title Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons will be heading over to the Switch as early as next week. Along with the announcement also came the reveal of an added co-op feature for the game which will be exclusive to the Switch version.

Check out the official Switch announcement trailer for the game below:

505 Games also provided a quick overview of the witch version of the game, giving fans a closer look at the upcoming co-op feature and what to expect from the game for those who have yet to experience the title.

“The Switch version of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons introduces an all-new two-player local cooperative mode, offering players an opportunity to experience the heartwarming fairytale adventure together with friends or family for the very first time. Players can embark on an epic journey in single-player or with a friend to solve puzzles, explore stunning locations and face off against harrowing bosses. In addition to the new two-player cooperative mode, the Switch version of the game will come with exclusive bonus content, including a behind-the-scenes commentary from director Josef Fares and a concept art gallery.”

Game director Josef Fares has more recently released the mandatory co-op adventure in 2018, A Way Out, which saw mostly positive success upon its release. The Switch console seems like a perfect match for the new co-op mode added to Brothers, and looks to provide Nintendo players an opportunity to experience the riveting puzzle-adventure title.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is set to arrive on the Switch on May 28, 2019.
