Black Desert SEA is preparing for 2020 with various in-game events in which Adventurers can earn rewards and appropriately themed items.
Players “can get exclusive gifts on New Year’s Day by visiting the NPC Lara in Velia.” After completing a series of Black Spirit quests, gamers can speak with Lara and fly a Wish Lantern near Coastal Cliff to receive a Box Full of Wishes. The box contains 50-100 of a particular item (Hard Black Crystal Shards or Cron Stones) that “help kick-start their adventures in the new year.”
Moreover, Adventurers can receive special log-in rewards until January 15, 2020. Such rewards include practical items, such as Advice of Valks, Hard Black Crystal Shards, and Cron Stones. “The New Year Hot Time event will offer remarkable in-game buffs, where Adventurers can level up their classes receiving Combat and Skill EXP buffs throughout the week, with an even bigger EXP boost being offered from Friday to Sunday.”
Finally, players can collect multiple rewards through hunting, auto-fishing, and fighting World Bosses until January 8, 2020 while all item drop rates are increased by 50%, and chances to obtain items from defeating monsters are also increased by 50%. In addition, auto-fishing time will be 50% faster.
Black Desert SEA is fresh off its earlier holiday festivities and seeks to continue the fun with the New Year’s events listed above. Players who log in every day through January 15, 2020 and participate in the hunting, auto-fishing, and World Boss smashing events until January 8, 2020 will have access to an arsenal of new goodies with which to make their in-game lives easier for a time.
Players can also still pre-create the new Guardian class for in-game rewards before the launch of the game’s newest class.
