The Medium and Yakuza Remastered Collection Coming to Xbox Game Pass

Megan Spurr, Community lead at Xbox Game Pass announced today that Yakuza Remastered Collection, The Medium along with other 5 great titles will be available on subscription-based service.

Starting this Thursday, January 21 Control (PC), Desperados III, Donut County, and Outer Wilds (Android) will be available for subscribers followed by the ninja action game Cyber Shadow arriving on January 26.

Later on January 28 The Medium (Xbox Series X|S and PC) and Yakuza Remastered Collection(Android, Console, and PC) will complete another great month of Xbox Game Pass titles.

The Yakuza Remastered Collection, including Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5 is a great addition to Xbox Game Pass, especially after the positive reception of Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and  Yakuza Kiwami 2.

PC and Xbox fans of the franchise can rediscover the intense drama of the Yakuza series’ Kiryu saga, travel to Kamurocho to revisit Kiryu’s early days in the organization from the late 1980s in Yakuza 0, through the end of his underworld career in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.

New subscribers can get the first three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for just $1, the offer will expire on January 25.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate features Xbox Cloud Gaming service along with other great goodies, the service is key to Xbox’s ambitions of reaching all players around the world, regardless of their preferred platform, Xbox can reach with its solid lineup of AAA titles essentially offering the experience of a next-gen console at a reasonable cost.

The head of Xbox, Phil Spencer recently suggested that a new tier of Xbox Game Pass is in the plans the company, the new tier will include a streaming stick that can plug into a TV or monitor and will turn almost any device into a next-gen Xbox. Spencer also affirmed that the growth of Xbox Game Pass is completely sustainable”. Adding EA Play and the rumored Ubisoft + will not change the $9.99 subscription cost of the service.

There is a lot to be excited about Game Pass, insiders are now affirming that Ubisoft + will be added to the service soon.
