Yakuza Kiwami 1 and 2 and Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut Announced For PS5 and Xbox Series

Publisher SEGA and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have announced that Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 will launch on December 8 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The PC version will also be updated with additional language support on December 9. Additionally, Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut will launch on the same day for  PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. They will all launch both physically and digitally. The Red Light Raid online multiplayer mode for Yakuza O will become playable in a post-launch update. Save data from Yakuza 0 on PlayStation 4,  Xbox One, and PC does not carry over to Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut. The base game can also not be upgraded to the Director’s Cut.

Yakuza Kiwami 

Yakuza Kiwami is the extreme remake of the game that launched the series nearly 20 years ago. Play as former yakuza Kazuma Kiryu and unwind a 10-billion-yen conspiracy in Tokyo’s red-light district, fueled by his fists and unyielding resolve that will make him a legend.

Yakuza Kiwami 2

Yakuza Kiwami 2 has the “Dragon of Dojima” Kazuma Kiryu return to face the “Dragon of Kansai,” Ryuji Goda in an all-out war between rival Yakuza gangs in the sequel to Yakuza Kiwami.

For the first time, both titles will also support French, Italian, German, Spanish, Latin Ameican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian text in-game.

 

Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut

Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut is the definitive edition of the critically acclaimed prequel to the Yakuza series.

Fight like hell through Tokyo and Osaka entertainment districts as yakuza Kazuma Kiryu and cabaret club manager Goro Majima in an epic crime drama of intertwined fates that created legends.
