Answering to the long-running quiz of Rocksteady’s next game, has become a boring game. We’ve heard a bunch of different rumors so far and none of them have been confirmed by the studio yet, though some have been officially declined. In addition to Rocksteady, WB Montreal is also working on a new title which as you guess, hasn’t been detailed yet, but at least, recently we got to know that it’s related to DC comics.
Thanks to a tweet by a game designer at WB Montreal, it’s been revealed that the next project for the studio is related to DC world. According to what Osama Doris said, the upcoming game from the studio is something within “DC franchise.”

Although now we have some borders on the new title from WB Montreal, DC itself is big enough that makes it almost impossible to guess what they are working on right now. However, in my opinion, maybe one of the titles that Rocksteady called fake in the past is in development now at the other studio of Warner Bros.
It’s being said that Rocksteady’s next title won’t be fully focused on Batman and his own adventures. If it turns out to be true, then WB Montreal might be working on a new game featuring Batman as the main character, regarding that the studio has previously developed Batman: Arkham Origins.
