This War of Mine Has Reached Over 4 Million Units Sold

11 bit studios released it’s latest survival game within strategy genre during 2018, but one of their greatest productions that trend the Polish studio in the gaming industry was This War of Mine, a creative survival game with some strategy elements and 2 dimensional graphics, which did a great job in presenting an engaging story-line with a group of people that need to remain a group in order to survive through horrifying days of an under attack country in war. This critically acclaimed title released back in 2014 and now after five years, it’s announced that the game has sold nearly 4.5 million units within these years.

According to 11 bit studios, $500,000 of the revenues has been devoted to War Child charity in order to aid children who have been in wars and injured both physically or mentally by harmful effects of this damned incident. The development team hasn’t announced which platform has the biggest share in sales but we can assume that PC holds the most of sales, as it’s the first platform to get the game.

This War of Mine first released on PC in 2014 and after positive reviews and feedback, 11 bit released the game on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and also mobile platform. After launch, the game received three story-driven DLCs to provide you more content to follow, along with an update in which you are able to create your own groups and characters to survive as much days as you can through difficulties of war.
