Nintendo today hosted a indie Nintendo Direct, the livestream lasted 19 minutes and managed to give information of 22 indie games. In the description of the video Nintendo conveniently included timestamps for each trailer. In this article we’ll get an in depth view of the biggest announcements for the Nintendo Switch.

Exit the Gungeon: This was clearly the star of the show, this game is a spin-off to the popular Enter the Gungeon. The game’s trailer reveals that developer Dodge Roll packed a lot of weapons and items in the action platformer game. Available now, Exit the Gungeon promises the addictive experience of it’s predecessor.

Exit the Gungeon is a bullet hell dungeon climber immediately following the adventures of the misfit ‘Gungeoneers’ and their journey for personal absolution in Enter the Gungeon. The Gungeon has become a paradox and is collapsing!

Armed with an ever-changing weapon, an insatiable need to loot, and the trusty dodge roll, each of our heroes must ascend and escape via their own unique route of increasingly perilous elevators. Battle against the last and most bitter of the Gundead at a frantic pace, slowing down just long enough to chat with some familiar faces… and a few new ones. Shifting rooms, enemies, bosses, bizarre weapons and items all combine to ensure that no two attempts to Exit the Gungeon are the same.

Cyanide & Happiness – Freakpocalypse: This was perhaps the biggest surprise of the day, the popular comic is getting its own videogame, Developed by Explosm, the game will release in summer of 2020.

As Coop “Go Away, Weirdo” McCarthy, all you want to do is make the world a better place. Find the answers to these questions and more by looking at, talking to, and touching everything within the Cyanide & Happiness universe.

Blue Fire: This game will arrive on Switch as a timed-exclusive game, the trailer reveals the main hero, displaying some of it’s skills and weapons. The players will have the ability to jump between walls, and perform acrobatic moves. Blue Fire is a 3D platformer reminiscent of old school games of the same genre. The game is scheduled to release on summer 2020.
