Spider-Man Remastered Adding Two New Costumes, Tying In No Way Home

In Honor of Spider-Man’s next MCU outing in Spider-Man: No Way Home, which is set to release on December 18th, Spider-Man Remastered will be receiving two new costumes inspired by the movie. Unfortunately, these are only going to be available in the PlayStation 5 remastered version of the game, which was originally released with Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and they will not be available to players that bought the original game on PlayStation  4.

The costumes were announced via Insomniac’s official Twitter account and are set to swing their way into the game on December 10th, a week before the film arrives. They were also announced alongside a trailer for Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition.

The suits coming to the game are called the Inside-Out Suit & the Integrated Suit which we see the characters showcase during the trailer. For those excited for the new movie, returning to the manhattan crafted by Insomniac and going for a swing might be just the right way to pass the time.

It was also recently announced that Spider-Man has swung his way into Fortnite as part of chapter 3 of the game. With Spidey also making his long-awaited appearance in the PlayStation versions of Marvel’s Avengers the character has clearly been very busy. Insomniac is also currently developing Spider-Man 2, the official sequel to their game, that will see both Peter Parker and Miles Morales face off against Venom, which is set to release in 2023.

In other Spider-Man news, besides the upcoming hype for No Way Home, Sony has also showcased the first look at their follow up to their Academy Award Winning animated film Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse. Spider-Man: Across The Spiderverse (Part One) is set to release in October of 2022 and feature just as much vibrant animation as the first time around.
