Epic Games’ Robo Recall to be Playable at VRTGO 2016

It was announced by VRTGO, that they will have a wide range of exciting demos playable next week, and organisers are thrilled to announce, that this line-up is being further strengthened by Epic Games’ amazing new game, Robo Recall, powered by Unreal Engine 4 for Oculus Touch on Rift.

Check out the announcement trailer of Robo Recall, featuring some gameplay footage:

Attend VRTGO on 9th November and be one of the first people in Europe to try out the critically-acclaimed demo for Robo Recall, which features creative combat, gratifying gameplay and an in-depth scoring system. The game will be released early next year for free.

Carri Cunliffe, Director of Secret Sauce Ltd, said, “As a developer or business working in VR, getting the chance to experience Robo Recall presents the opportunity to see the best VR tech and content in action. I am excited that our delegates will be able experience the game’s over-the-top fun, and that Epic will be there to help them explore their own development possibilities.”

The team from Epic will be on hand to share ideas and to answer questions on how Unreal Engine 4 can be used to create all types of high-quality VR, AR and MR experiences.

Simon Jones, Director of Unreal Engine Enterprise at Epic, said, “Robo Recall is a powerful example of the use of Unreal Engine. If you are attending VRTGO please swing by our stand and find out more about how we can help you realise success in entertainment and enterprise – and, of course, take out a few rogue robots in VR while you’re there.

Revolutionary workflow features and a deep toolset empower developers to quickly iterate on ideas and see immediate results. Blueprint visual scripting enables individuals and teams to make full products – no coding required – while complete C++ source code access gives full control to anyone requiring it.
Unreal Engine 4 holds the 2016 Develop Industry Excellence Award for Best Engine.”
