Resident Evil Re: Verse Beta Test Starts Tomorrow

Capcom announced the third beta test for  Resident Evil Re: Verse, free for all players, the test will begin tomorrow April 21 at 6 am UTC, and end on April 22 at 6 am UTC.

Re: Verse takes all the beloved Resident Evil characters against each other in a fight to the death. It’s up to the players to show their skills in a six-person deathmatch battle.

Similar to the previous test, players will only need a valid Capcom ID and the supported hardware.

Players can choose from a fan-favorite roster, each with their own unique skillsets to master. When players are defeated in combat, their character respawns as a mutated bioweapon to enact revenge on their foes.

Take part in 5-minute Deathmatches, where the player with the most points wins! Use the weapons and items you find to take down even more powerful enemies!

When your character is taken out, their body transforms into a powerful bioweapon which can be used against other players. Pick up multiple Virus Capsules to transform into even stronger bioweapons. Getting revenge with a bioweapon is also a great chance for more points!

The multiplayer game was announced as part of the 25th year celebration of the franchise  Re:Verse will be included with Resident Evil Village on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.

Resident Evil Village will be available worldwide on May 7, 2021, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, old-gen consoles, and Steam.Village will feature a free upgrade from PS4 to PS5, and Smart Delivery for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles.

Resident Evil Re: Verse test will be available for 24 hours on PlayStation 4, PlayStation4 Pro, Xbox One, Xbox One X, PC (Steam). For PlayStation 5 owners, the PlayStation 4 version will be accessible, and if you have the Xbox Series X|S, the Xbox One version will be accessible.
