Resident Evil 4 Remake Gets New 13-Minute Gameplay Video

Game Informer has released over 12 minutes of gameplay footage of the upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake on its YouTube channel, specifically gameplay featured in the game’s fifth chapter. The gameplay video provides an extended look at the church and cemetery levels and scenes, as well as a battle with Luis Serra. Resident Evil 4 will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam on March 24, 2023. The remake will reportedly preserve the essence of the original while using the RE Engine “to deliver modernized gameplay, a reimagined storyline, and vividly detailed graphics.”

Many team members from the production of 2019’s top-selling and critically acclaimed Resident Evil™ 2 also make their return to delve deeper into the essence of Resident Evil 4.
