Capcom’s Resident Evil 2 Remake is easily one of the best games to come out this year and has been integral in Capcom’s revitalization. Resident Evil 2 Remake continues to live on through now through the mod community. Because my God, some of the mods and changes users have made to the game have been everything from hilarious, to classic, to terrifying. We’ve seen Thomas The Tank Engine plow through the game as the game’s monster Mr. X. We’ve also seen mods stripping Mr. X of his clothes and my personal favorite the one adding DMX’s “Gon Give It To Ya” when Mr. X is nearby.

Thank goodness though, that the mod community is still at work and still bringing the game incredible and in some cases heart-stopping crossovers. The latest in the mod community’s endeavors is adding the now-iconic Untitled Goose to the mix. For those unaware Untitled Goose Game is an indie game that was released on the Nintendo Switch in Late September that has taken the gaming world by storm. In fact, the game even surpassed The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening (Remake) that released the exact same day. In the game, your thrust into a random world amongst humans and you’re a horrible goose.

The Resident Evil 2 Remake mod was made by modder Alister who’s added a clip to his Twitter showcasing the Goose emerging from the iconic scene in RE: 2. A nice touch by Alister is he added a fedora to our horrible Goose making him just as terrifying as it hilarious. The mod isn’t finished yet but Alister promises that the mod will include the Goose’s signature honk.

What do you think of this mod by Alister? What are your favorite mods on Resident Evil 2 so far? Let us know and make sure you follow Gaming Instincts on Facebook and Twitter.
