Rainbow Six: Siege Showdown Event Is Now Live; Ends on July 16

The brand new limited time event for Rainbow Six: Siege is now live through all platforms to take you to the wild west, facing with the law and having a little chat with shotguns and revolvers.

Announced via a recently shared trailer, in Showdown players are divided into two traditional Attacker and Defender groups in Secure Area mode, but this around, it will be a 3v3 match with only 90 seconds to win or lose the game. Attackers are described as The Law and Defenders will be members of a gang called Graveltop. All the matches are set in Fort Truth map.

Rainbow Six: Siege Showdown event is now live on all platforms and it will end on July 16. The event is bringing BOSG.12.2 shotgun and Magnum LFP586 revolver, along with dozens of cosmetic items and packs that will include western-themed hats, badges and other stuff. A free pack is also given for those who play the game during the event. Here you can check out the trailer for Showdown event:

Rainbow Six: Siege has been the long-running and long-supported game of Ubisoft so far, and it will make its way through next-gen consoles according to the developer. However, a new title from the series is currently in the works with special focus on bringing a co-op experience. Rainbow Six: Quarantine will be launched next year.
