Pre-Order Bonuses Detailed For Control

Last week, a leak was spotted on the Microsoft Store which appeared to give us a hard release date for Remedy’s upcoming sci-fi action-adventure game, Control. That leak was confirmed shortly after by the team behind Control, and now it appears that the pre-order bonuses have been detailed for those interested in the game set to release this summer.

For those looking to grab a standard copy of Control, you’ll be rewarded with a helpful crafting resources pack and some tactical response gear for the game’s protagonist Jesse for both the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.

PS4 digital pre-orders will also receive exclusive avatar and dynamic theme from the game, as well. PlayStation 4 owners will also get more bonus content once the game launches, including a rare weapon mod, rare player mod, the Astral Dive suit bonus outfit and two more static themes. And if you pack the bucks for the Digital Deluxe Edition, PS4 owners will also receive the exclusive side mission ‘Isolation’ and another bonus outfit, The Urban Response Gear. Even more, PS4 players will get access to the game’s expansion pass which includes two post-launch DLC, ‘The Foundation’ and ‘Awe’.

Both the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the physical retail copy will receive the exclusive metal packaging and 5 special Artcards from the game. Players will also receive the same pre-order bonuses from the standard edition.

Control is set to release on August 27, 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game is also officially up for pre-orders starting today.
