During the recent State of Play livestream, Capcom released a new gameplay trailer and announced that the sci-fi adventure game PRAGMATA will launch sometime in 2026. It will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. The video shows protagonists Hugh and his AI companion Diana as they fight several enemies in a space station. PRAGMATA follows the two as they “find themselves caught in the crosshairs of a hostile AI in control of the station.”

Set in a vision of the near future, PRAGMATA transports players to the moon. After a chance meeting aboard a seemingly lifeless lunar research station, spacefarer Hugh and android Diana find themselves caught in the crosshairs of a hostile AI in control of the station. Stranded and surrounded by enemies, only together can they hope to survive.
As Hugh finds himself needing to work with Diana to return to Earth, they must each rely on their own strengths and abilities to overcome the many obstacles in their path. In a twist, players will control both characters—at the same time—in this single-player adventure. At the heart of the action is Hacking, which enriches combat with a sense of strategy and excitement unique to PRAGMATA. PRAGMATA is an all-new science fiction adventure with its own unique twist of action and strategy. The trailer you just saw features our two main characters, as well as a glimpse of our sci-fi inspired visuals and the cold, dark stretch of the moon where the game takes place. There’s even a sneak peak of action gameplay in there for you.
Our two protagonists, Hugh and Diana, happen upon one another and must work together to defeat the lunar station AI and return to Earth.
Both have their own abilities, and you’ll need to control them both—at the same time—to overcome the many obstacles you’ll face. This two-in-one approach, where Hacking is key to your success, is our own unique take on combat that you’ll only find here—in Pragmata.
