Publisher HypeTrain Digital and developer Ice-Pick Lodge have announced that Pathologic 3: Quarantine, a free prologue to Pathologic 3, will launch on March 17 for PC via Steam. A release date trailer was also released. Pathologic 3 will launch sometime in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. Pathologic 3: Quarantine is “a narrative-driven adventure about a young scientist in search of immortality and a mysterious plague outbreak in a small town.”
