Nintendo Switch Accessories Unveiled at CES

Hardware and accessory company Snakebyte will release for the Nintendo Switch a foldable headset and starter kit, along with a power adapter and extension cable for the NES Classic. The company detailed its new range of products at CES this week in Las Vegas.

Nintendo’s upcoming Switch will be detailed during a live presentation from Tokyo on Jan. 12 starting at 11 p.m. EST.

Take a look at the accesories down below:

“The Nintendo Switch Foldable Headset features 40mm drivers and folds up when travelling.

The Nintendo Switch Starter Kit includes a carry bag, stereo earbuds, cleaning cloth, screen protector, control caps and game cases. The Nintendo NES Classic Edition Power Adaptor accepts the USB cord from the NES Classic console and allows users to draw power from any regular power outlet.

The Nintendo NES Classic Edition Gamepad Extension Cable adds 9.8 feet to the relatively short included Gamepad cable for the NES Classic.

The company is expected to deliver more details about the hardware, which serves as both a home console and portable console, during the “Tokyo webcast.” Among the news still waiting to be delivered are basics like the cost of the system and exact day in March the system is launching.

The next day, Nintendo is hosting a five-hour Switch event in New York City in which it will “further emphasize some of the details that Nintendo plans to announce.”
