After the delay of the upcoming first season of MultiVersus, publisher Warner Bros Games and developer Player First Games have announced that Multiversus’ first season will now launch on August 15 alongside a Battle Pass, which will include 50 tiers and will cost $10. The playable characters Rick and Morty, which were initially set to launch with the season on August 9, were also delayed, but Morty will now launch on August 23, with Rick to follow at a later date. Additionally, the developer also announced that the game will continue to get new content as it progresses.
