Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord Received Gameplay Footage

Mount & Blade is the one and only video game series that TaleWorlds Entertainment has been working on so far. The independent Turkish developer launched the first title in the series back in 2007 for PC, and it’s working on Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord, the sequel for the first title in the series.

If you don’t know anything about the series, Mount & Blade is a third-person action title with a great focus on melee combats using weapons such as swords, axes and some long ranged ones like bows. Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord hasn’t got an exact release date yet but it’s currently under-development and will be coming to Steam. No early access version has confirmed yet, but for such multiplayer titles from independent studios, it’s good to have an open beta or early access version.

The new gameplay footage, showcases character creation, along with a battle against other player using weapons like bow and sword. The combats seem to be simple and fast, based on what the footage represents. However, it still needs tons of improvements and polishing to become a worthy game to play.
