Mortal Kombat 1 Sales Surpass 8 Million Units

According to a recent post on the game’s official Twitter account, Mortal Kombat 1 sales have surpassed 8 million units worldwide. This is significantly higher than the previously announced 6.2 million units reported in August 2025. So far, it has not surpassed Mortal Kombat 11’s sales, the previous title in the series, which reached 15 million units as of 2022. Mortal Kombat 1 Definitive Edition is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
