Mario Kart Tour Cooking Tour Adds Choco Island

Nintendo has added new content to the free-to-start Mario Kart Tour, the Cooking Tour will see Chef Mario, Pastry Chef Shy Guy, Cherub Baby Peach, along their respective themed karts. The game will also see the return of the Choco Island returns for the event.

The Cooking Tour will last two weeks, Chef Mario is featured in the first week of the tour, the Choco Macharon kart, and the Chocolate Donut glider are in the spotlight.

Shy Guy (Pastry Chef) and Baby Peach (Cherub) will be in the spotlight on week 2, the Apple kart, and the Sweetheart glider will also make an appearance

The favored courses for these drivers will include the third course of every cup for the duration of the Cooking Tour. See if you can set new point records!

Back in March, Nintendo announced a new real-time multiplayer mode for Mario Kart Tour, allowing players to  chose to race against nearby friends or unknown racers around the world. Mario Kart Tour is a free-to-start game and is currently available for iOS and Android.

Mario Kart Tour features a Gold Pass, subscribers pay a monthly fee of  $4.99 that unlocks 200cc mode and “enriches” the gameplay experience by providing players with in-game gold gifts for racing in tours and special in-game badges from gold challenges.
