Capcom unveils huge BBQ, Giant Burgers and massive Meat Platters at monster sized London Pop-up

London’s Flat Iron Square was today transformed into a fully immersive monster dining experience, offering a plethora of outrageously sized mouth-watering BBQ dishes to celebrate the launch of Capcom’s new video game, Monster Hunter: World.
Open to the public from tomorrow (Thursday 25th January), the Monster Hunter Meat Shack features a supersize barbeque at a huge 2.5m high, from which guests can enjoy a feast of meats as they are transported into the world of Monster Hunter. Against a backdrop of forestry and mysterious hunting maps, diners can get hands on with the new game whilst tucking into a ginormous burger or meat platter of monstrous proportions.

For fans of the game, a giant skull of the iconic dragon-like creature, Rathalos (otherwise known as ‘King of the Skies’) provides an epic photo-opp.
The Monster Hunter Meat Shack is completely free and open to anyone over the age of 16, from Thursday 25th – Sunday 28th January at London’s Flat Iron Square.

Laura Skelly, Senior PR Manager for Capcom added: “Going back to work in January can be a gloomy time for everyone so what better way to eat away the January blues than a free dining experience which celebrates all things monster-sized? From the giant Rathalos skull, to the super-sized meat platters, we hope the Monster Hunter Meat Shack is a hit with fans of the game both new and old immersing all its guests deep into the world of Monster Hunter.”
