Leaked: Mortal Kombat DLC Characters
Dataminers has found a list of the upcoming fighters to be included in the Nintendo Switch version of Mortal Kombat XI as DLC, the list has found its way on to Reddit and according to rumors the list might be even bigger to later versions of the game.
Shao Kahn’s forces will get stronger as his lead sorcerer Shang Tsung and the queen of the Outworld Sindel are coming back for another round. Sheeva is also coming back, she was appointed by Shao Kahn as a personal protector of Sindel.
Shaman and historian Nightwolf is a fan favorite and it seems that he and Wind God Fujin are the only DLC fighter who will kill to protect Earth.

What’s really interesting is that NetherRealm Studios has decided to add Terminator, Spawn and Joker to Mortal Kombat. The character of Terminator it’s really special and will make a great inclusion to the franchise, we can all agree that Lin Kuei clan robots Cyrax, Smoke and Sektor are inspired in the Terminator movies, and even Kano with his characteristic eye piece was inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character in The Terminator.
While I don’t really like crossovers in videogames, I know there are good examples, Super Smash Bros. and Marvel vs Capcom are good examples. In my opinion Mortal Kombat vs DC was a low point for the franchise, but at the end worked for setting the path for the Injustice games. Now the Mortal Kombat franchise under Warner Bros. we get to see crazy fights between Scorpion and Freddy Krueger or Terminator, it’s really the dream we all had in the 90’s.
