Planned to be released in September 2019, the game will arrive to PC and Mac, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and, thanks to the Kickstarter, Xbox One.
Summer in Mara is the second adventure by Chibig Studio, a summer adventure about taking care of your own island, farming and crafting to improve your home and explore the ocean with your boat.
There is still some stretch goals to reach: a free visual novel for iOS and Android as a stand-alone episode about the past of some characters from Summer in Mara; and Mûn, a character from Deiland and Ankora, much loved by the fans, as an NPC.
The game is inspired by the exploration in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, the farming in Stardew Valley, the visual aspect of Studio Ghibli’s movies and the adventure feeling of your childhood summers.
