It seems there’s been some footage revealed ahead of the newest legend to appear in the battle royale phenomenon, Apex Legends. Octane is rumored to be the newest Legend hitting the online title and his ultimate move of deploying jump pads appears to have been not only leaked, but several pads found throughout the map.

In a video circling the internet, Apex player BigBen1810 has recorded footage of his squad utilizing the high flying jump pads. While Octane has yet to be officially confirmed by Respawn themselves, it seems highly likely that we’ll see this new character, along with his jump pads in the season one update set to release this month.
To go along with the rumored Octane leak, an Apex Legends developer has helped add a bit of confirmation on the game’s Reddit page under the name lowkeydbjosh. The user has also confirmed the jump pad’s existance in the PC version of the game as a reply to an inquiring user.
Apex Legends is the latest in the battle royale trend developed by Titanfall developers Respawn Entertainment. It’s available as a free-to-play title for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
