Japanese Mobile Platform Company DeNa Working On New Pokemon Game

News was just announced regarding the massive Japanese cell phone company, DeNa, working closely with The Pokemon Company on an upcoming mobile Pokemon title. In a Financial Earnings Report the company displayed a number of upcoming strategies to build out their portfolio, perhaps the most intriguing was the confirmation of a new smartphone Pokemon themed title.

While there’s no current information regarding the unnamed title other than it’s going to be “new and exciting smartphone game” in partnership with The Pokemon Company, many fans will no doubt start becoming a bit curious as to what to expect.

The new game is expected to launch before the end of the fiscal year, so we should be hearing more news from DeNa sometime later this year as the fiscal year ends in March 2020. Stay tuned as we’ll keep you updated on what the next big Pokemon title for mobile platforms could be.
