Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition Demo Coming Soon

Square Enix is working on the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition Lite, the publisher announced that a free demo is coming on August 27, 2020. Four players will be able to team up and play the first three dungeons of the game.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition will support cross-platform multiplayer,the save data from the game can be carried over different platforms and the progress being made on the demo will be exported to the full version if the player decides to buy the game.

The most interesting offer of the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition Demo is that if the host of the party has bought the full version of the game, all the members of its party can join via the free demo and participate in all the thirteen dungeons.

Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition is not just a relaunch of the 2003 classic, developers added new features and a host of enhancements: Square Enix confirmed that improved visuals and audio will take the game into the HD era, main characters now have voiceovers. Multiplayers is also improved, the new version adds crossplay, making it easier to join other players, up to three other players (four players total).

New content is also included, players will enjoy new dungeons, Square Enix teases that there is much more, but they are saving the surprise for the launch of the game. The game also features a new ‘Mimic’ Feature, by collecting stamps, visiting Moogle Houses or completing difficult dungeons, players will be awarded Memory Crystal, those can be used to change the character’s appearance.

Available on August 27, 2020, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition is launching for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and both Android and Apple iOS devices in Japan and North America-
