“Join us as we take a look at some of the games launching on the Epic Games Store this year,” the announcement from Epic Games reads in part. “We’ve curated a collection of new announcements, gameplay, and extended looks presented by the developers creating the games we all love.”

It’s expected that the Epic Games will be announcing exclusive titles and major discounts on new games. The sale will run from February 11th at 11 AM ET/8 AM PT to February 25th at 11 AM ET/8 AM PT.

Epic Games recently announced recently that over 160 million have joined the platform. Daily active users are up 192% to 31.3 million daily active players, with a peak CCU of 13 million concurrent players this year (up from 7M in 2019).

The increase in concurrent players also led to an increase in purchasing and playtime, In 2020, PC customers on the Epic Games Store spent over $700M of which third party games represented 37% at $265M.

Epic Games has reiterated its commitment to expand the store, particularly on the developer end. The giant is currently working on a self-publishing system that will allow any developer to release and update their games without Epic’s intervention. The company also confirmed its plans to continue signing exclusive deals with developers and publishers.

Epic Games has revealed that it plans to continue attracting game developers and publishers to its Epic Games Store PC platform by offering them exclusive deals.

The Epic Games Store is now offering Star Wars: Squadrons, SnowRunner, Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Hades at discount.
