EA Speaks About Anthem’s Crashing Issue

Publisher EA is acknowledging the crash problems Anthem’s players are facing on the PS4 console. This crashing problem appeared after BioWare pushed a lot of bug fixes desperately trying to fix some of the broken areas of the highly expected game.

BioWare was sure that Anthem was going to lead the company for at least 10 years, well they’re losing its user base very quickly after players got annoyed with lot’s of glitches and load times that takes forever.

Publisher EA has taken this situation into it’s website in an attempt to collect all the information of the crashes and try to help BioWare to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Check this video down below for a in depth explanation of what went wrong with Anthem:

Hey Freelancers,

We are currently in process of gathering information about the PS4 issues so we can determine the root cause. If you are experiencing hard crashes of your console please reply with the following information:

PlayStation Console: (PS4, Slim, Pro)

PSN ID:

Crash Info:When does the crash take place? Are you having to take specific steps to get your PlayStation going again?

Have you reported your crash data when prompted? (Y/N)

Thanks for your help.

More than seven hundred users on PlayStation have reported crashing on its console, the number it’s even bigger when Reddit users are taken into account.

Yesterday it was reported that Sony is refunding players as this crashing problem might corrupt all the data in your hard drive, while even some claim that their PS4 was completely broken, beyond repair.
