Digimon World: Next Order for PS4 Japanese Trailer

Digimon World: Next Order for PS4 Japanese Trailer

Bandai Namco recently announced that Japan is getting Digimon World: Next Order on PS4 as an International Edition in 2017. Here’s a look at its first trailer showing the Japanese game on PS4.

While the PS Vita version of the game is currently available in Japan, it’ll get an update that adds 12 new Digimon later to match the PS4 version, which has upgraded graphics, 30 new events, and various other adjustments.

Digimon World: Next Order releases in North America, Europe, and Japan in 2017 for PlayStation 4.

Check out the Trailer:

“The first announcement revealed that the game was coming to the US on PS4 digitally. This was followed by another press release that said it was coming to the US on PS4 both in retail and digitally, as well as on PS Vita as a digital only download. However, they then sent a final press release out that said the game will be available “exclusively for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system in both digital and boxed-retail versions.”

Rather than building off the gameplay style found in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, Next Order instead is much more like in line with the gameplay of the original Digimon World. So if you were a fan of the original World series, definitely check out the PS4 announcement trailer below and look for Digimon World: Next Order to release in the US sometime in early 2017.”
