Death Stranding Will Come to PC, Says Antonio Fucito Who Revealed the Release Date

Yes! You read the title right. No need to double check it. Death Stranding might come to PC as well if the insider who revealed it be honest with us.

The latest trailer for Death Stranding went live yesterday and the game still owns most of the headlines on media. Hideo Kojima’s new project and its jaw-dropping premiere has made everyone to watch it over and over, while being a great exclusive title for PS4, but a new rumor says that this exclusivity won’t last more than a year!

Antonio Fucito, one of the reliable sources for gaming news and rumors nowadays, who was in charge for Multiplayer.it formerly, has revealed that Death Stranding is a timed-exclusive game for PS4 and it will be launching on PC later. While you can check out the video here, Fucito said (translated to English):

..The PS4 cover didn’t have the “Only on PS” label because DS it’s coming to PC at a later date, that’s the deal signed between Kojima and Sony, the game will be a timed PS4 exclusive and will be available on PC later on (won’t be available on Xbox), i don’t know if it’s a 6 or 12 months exclusive.

According to his livestream of the aforementioned trailer for Death Stranding, Fucito said that since the box art for Death Stranding doesn’t have “Only on PlayStation” text above, it will be coming to PC 6 or 12 months after launching for PS4 on November 8.

Although you can take the rumor with a grain of salt, but regarding that Fucito has revealed the release date for Death Stranding before the trailer comes around, it’s not easy to ignore what he claimed about the PC version of the game. Moreover, Kojima Productions isn’t a Sony first-party studio, so the same that happened for Quantic Dream’s titles, could happen to Death Stranding in 2020.
