Publisher Deep Silver and developer Dambuster Studios have announced that Dead Island 2 has been pushed ahead one week since its recently set February 3 release date to April 28. Additionally, the publisher announced that the game has gone gold, meaning that it has completed the development process and will likely not be delayed again. Dead Island 2 will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store.
