Cyberpunk 2077 Free Trial Announced For PS5 and Xbox Series X/S

CD Projekt RED announced via a recent tweet, that a free trial for Cyberpunk 2077 will go live from March 28 to March 31 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The trial will feature five hours of playtime, will be completely free, and players won’t require a Game Pass or PlayStation Plus subscription to play it. Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition launched on December 5 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty sales have surpassed 5 million units worldwide.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action–adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.

Become a cyberpunk, an urban mercenary equipped with cybernetic enhancements and build your legend on the streets of Night City. Create your character from scratch and choose their background out of three unique Lifepaths. Take the role of a gang-wise Street Kid, freedom-loving Nomad, or a ruthless Corpo.

Enter the massive open world of Night City, a place that sets new standards in terms of visuals, complexity and depth.
