Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout Is Playable for Free in April

If you’ve played free battle royales enough to look for new experiences, Activision has a big surprise for you which is starting today. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is hell of a multiplayer experience and on top of it’s modes, stands Blackout as the franchise’s first ever battle royale mode. Well, we all know that unlike Fortnite and Apex Legends, you cannot jump into Blackout without paying for it, but Activision has prepared a good opportunity to take you in Blackout, by making it free-to-play for one months, starting as of today.

According to Activision you will be able to play Blackout through all platforms for free from April 2nd to April 30th. During this free course you will gain access to all sections of Blackout as if you’ve already bought the game. So, if you haven’t tried it out so far, you better strike while the iron is hot!

Free access to Blackout isn’t the end of today’s surprises, as the new map for this mode goes live during following our exclusively for PS4 players. Alcatraz is a new location for battle royale part of the game, featuring a smaller but denser area to focus on fast and close combats. Alcatraz will be available for other platforms too, but the development team hasn’t announced when it’s going to get live through PC and Xbox One yet. Here you check out the trailer for new map:

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available now for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Activision has provided a cheaper version of the game which just includes Multiplayer and Blackout sections without featuring zombies. so if you liked you free Blackout experience, you are able to get it for €39.99.
