Assetto Corsa Competizione Newest DLC Adds 4 Legendary Circuits

The Assetto Corsa Competizione: Intercontinental GT Pack DLC is now available on Steam, players will now be able to race on four new locations, Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in South Africa, Suzuka Circuit in Japan, Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca in USA, Mount Panorama Circuit in New South Wales.

The new DLC also features more than 45 new car liveries, 30 new teams and 50 new drivers in addition to all-new game modes from the real-life Intercontinental GT Challenge.

The game features an advanced DirectX 11 graphics engine that allows the creation of an immersive environment, dynamic lighting and realistic materials and surfaces.

The developer team tried their best to offer a more realistic experience than the one featured at consoles. An “advanced” physics engine is featured in order to provide a realistic driving experience, this allows for tire flat spots, heat cycle and blistering. The aerodynamics systems allows for movable aerodynamic parts controlled in real time by telemetry input channels. The most advanced technology of real life racing is also present in Asseto Corsa Competizione, Kers and energy recovery is simulated with great details.

The game also features officially licensed contents, from different car manufactures, Audi, BMW, Classic Team lotus, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren are some of the manufactures that had worked closely to the development team in order to offer a more realistic racing experience.

Assetto Corsa Competizione is born from KUNOS Simulazioni’s long-term experience, and it takes full advantage of Unreal Engine 4 to ensure photorealistic weather conditions and graphics, night races, motion capture animations, reaching a new standard in terms of driving realism and immersion, thanks to its further improved tyre and aerodynamic models.
