Assassin’s Creed Valhalla cinematic trailer debuted today revealing some of the game’s viking plot, the game is confirmed to arrive on holidays 2020 on Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, PC and Stadia.

The game’s main character is Eivor, players will be able to change the gender of the main character, a customization is also confirmed. Eivor will lead clans “from the harsh shores of Norway to a new home amid the lush farmlands of ninth-century England.”

Players will be able to use the ruthless fighting style of a Viking warrior, Eivor will use dual-wield axes, swords or shields. Each weapon has its own tactics and strategy and will allow dismember foes in close-quarter combat, riddle them with arrows, or assassinate them with your hidden blade. Players can create their own Viking mercenary, this can be shared online. Players can fight alongside friends in their own sagas, players can also recruit mercenaries created by other players.

Ubisoft also released a trailer breakdown with Creative Director, Ashraf Ismail and Narrative Director, Darby McDevitt as they set the stage, scene-by-scene.
