According to prominent leaker NateTheHate in a recent episode of his podcast, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will receive a full remake. It is allegedly set to launch in the second half of the year, specifically “approaching the holidays, if not the holidays.” It’s worth noting that 2026 marks the 40th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda, so an announcement of a title like this wouldn’t be a surprise. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time first launched in 1998 for the Nintendo 64. Its first remake, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, launched in 2011 for the Nintendo 3DS.
