The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales Announced For PC and Consoles

Publisher-developer Square Enix and developer Claytechworks have announced the HD-2D action RPG The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. A release date was not announced but it will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. A Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive demo is also available now and includes the game’s combat and exploration features.

Prologue

One day, an adventurer named Elliot is ordered by the king to investigate ruins newly discovered outside the castle walls. With support from Princess Heuria, whose magic maintains the kingdom’s spell of Safekeeping, Elliot explores the ruins and finds in its depths a huge, mysterious artifact. It is the Doorway of Time, a portal connecting the present and the past. What awaits beyond this door that transcends time and space?

The story takes place in a world overrun with beast tribes and monsters. Humanity has cast the spell of Safekeeping in a corner of this world, repelling the threat of external enemies and maintaining prosperity.

Age of Safekeeping: Kingdom of Huther

A kingdom located in a corner of Philabieldia. Thanks to the spell of Safekeeping cast by Princess Heuria, humanity has been able to maintain a safe country on this continent. This is why this era is referred to as the “Age of Safekeeping.”
